She is an award-winning runner and ultra-triathlete who started her journey in sport at age 44 and is still actively competing at age 64 in spite of a range of medical conditions and injuries, challenging herself to achieve greater feats and inspiring others towards wellness and an environmentally responsible lifestyle.
